Based in over 220 Countries, this business prides itself on delivering a high-end service, specialising in logistics and transport services. This business is currently seeking an experienced operations supervisor.

**About the role**

The duties and responsibilities listed are listed below:

- Day to day administration including data entry and adhoc duties
- Coordination of outbound orders via linehaul, regional agents and direct loads
- Ensure all customer agreements and contracts are valid and current
- Maintain filling systems, reports and stats both electronically and manually
- Communication back to the transport operation and interstate networks
- Participate in projects and admin tasks
- Complete monthly and weekly transport reports

**About you**
- Ability to commence ASAP
- 1+ years of experience in a transport administration or coordinator role or similar.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office Applications - preferably Excel
- Reliability, punctuality, and commitment for the duration of your assignment
