**About the team**

Technology Enablement ensures IT for Transport can confidently deliver essential services to the people of NSW.

We:

**The opportunity**

We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Business Coordinator to join the Technology Enablement team within our IT for Transport branch, based at Macquarie Park with flexible work options.

The role will assist Tech Academy services in coordinating activities which support the cultural uplift across growing our talent, supporting career pathways through learning activites across our Technology branch. The role will assist with trainee bookings, assisting with lunch and learns, educational offerings / advertisements, and managing key stakeholder relationships which provide emerging tech opportunities to our people.

The role will:

- Assist in the coordination of business planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategies and initiatives.
- Drafting communications for training, advertising and promoting via the various communication platforms, ensuring that submissions are accurate and timely.
- Focus on continuing to provide technology service offerings that foster development in emerging tech opportunities to our people
- Work alongside curious minds and help bring to life our plans that looks to grow and support learning experiences for our people across IT
- Partner with key stakeholders and manage both internal and external relationships to leverage ongoing benefits through learning
- Drive continuous improvement in upskilling our digital IT workforce and support learning and shared experiences and recognition of our talent
- Assist in the procurement process, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and providing strategic advice and assurance to senior executives on all procurement submissions.
- Undertake administrative functions, including diary management, office procedures, purchasing and records management and ensure compliance with corporate administrative policies and procedures.
