**Your Impact**

Reporting to the CX Systems and Sales Optimisation Manager, you will be responsible for maintenance and continued enhancement of Asahi’s B2B Customer Portal

Working closely with functional leaders, sales users and CUB's Business Services team you will play an integral role in enabling sales through great customer experience.

The role will handle all core administrative functions, prepare and deploy effective training to a range of stakeholders and be instrumental in identifying and executing platform enhancements.

In addition, the role will be responsible for managing, updating and publishing a range of local and global operational / business reports and insights.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain the operational side of the platform including administrative functions, user account maintenance, reports and dashboards
- Support the broader B2B team to help us achieve the commercial goals
- Identify, define, design, document and launch future capability enhancements so that Asahi Beverages continues to meet our customers' evolving needs.
- Manage and monitor tracking for operations and performance reporting
- Identify and execute system and process improvements to ensure best practice
- Conduct UAT and PVT for routine updates and platform enhancements
- Support incident resolution working with a range of stakeholders

**About You**

An expert in **Salesforce Commerce Cloud** you’re ambitious, curious and love to root out business pain points (inefficiencies, quality, process and service) and solve them. In addition, you bring:

- Sound knowledge and experience in online/B2B, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar
- Knowledge of web platforms and/or CMS, Google Analytics.
- Superb written and oral communication with excellent storytelling skills, interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and alignment skills
- Diploma of Business with a bachelor’s degree would be ideal.
