Offering one of the best project cultures you can enjoy, this role requires an experienced **Salesforce Administrator **who brings significant experience with CRMs (Salesforce and others).

Additionally, they are seeking collaborators with great interpersonal skills.

**To be considered, we seek**:

- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience in working on implementation and roll-out of Salesforce/ other CRMs. **Education Cloud experience will be highly regarded.**:

- Experience/ knowledge of Salesforce Omnistudio administration and configuration including Omniscripts, Flexcards, Dataraptors, Integration Procedures, Business Rules Engine, Data Processing Engine, etc
- Knowledge of information systems support practices and ITIL with excellent problem analysis, root cause diagnosis and solving skills working effectively as part of a team of experts to resolve multi-functional problems.
- Demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation, adapt to change, and high degrees of initiative to meet service expectations, and handle multiple assignments to meet competing deadlines.
- Be organised, detail oriented and accurate, and be adept at working either independently or collaboratively as a team player.
