As a Salesforce Ambassador you will be the face of Technology support within the organisation. Your primary focus will include:

- Take ownership of the customer outcome, triaging and resolving incidents and service requests leveraging delivery squads and Technical Leads for assistance as necessary. We’re one team and we own the solutions we build, there’s no log and flick here.
- Fast paced working environment with high demand on the services the team supports
- Document detailed knowledge articles and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to assist with knowledge transfer within the team.
- Analyse data and execute data migration strategies and mapping as required
- Co-ordinate and lead the implementation of Platform Release and Maintenance Upgrade activities
- Review and Maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) whilst also executing procedures critical to the recovery of data within our Salesforce platform (simulated exercises and real-time (if required))
- Perform monitoring and maintenance activities of our Salesforce Platform back-up solution required to support BCP procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external standards such as Privacy and Security
- Hybrid of Kanban & Agile working based on a 3-week delivery cycle

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments or the equivalent Salesforce/CRM experience
- Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to problem solving
- Advanced oral and written communication skills with ability to present and articulate using a variety of verbal, written and visual methods where appropriate to a diverse range of audiences.
