**About the opportunity**

As a Salesforce Administrator you will be the face of Technology support within the organisation. Your primary focus will include:

- Take ownership of the customer outcome, triaging and resolving incidents and service requests leveraging delivery squads & Technical Leads for assistance as necessary.
- Perform administration duties including provisioning access and reviewing logs to determine corrective actions
- Document detailed knowledge articles and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to assist with knowledge transfer within the team.
- Analyse data and execute data migration strategies and mapping as required
- Co-ordinate and lead the implementation of Platform Release and Maintenance Upgrade activities
- Review and Maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) whilst also executing procedures critical to the recovery of data within our Salesforce platform (simulated exercises and real-time (if required))
- Perform monitoring and maintenance activities of our Salesforce Platform back-up solution required to support BCP procedures
- Provide periodic reporting on the Security Health of the Salesforce Platform to the Head of Security and propose recommendations to improve platform security
- Assist the functional consultants to demonstrate solution prototypes
- Suggest and help prioritise improvements to streamline business processes using the Salesforce platform
- Foster and enable all relevant teams to transition and adopt the Salesforce platform
- Champion the benefits of the Salesforce platform in the context of the business environment
- Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external standards such as Privacy and Security
- Fast paced working environment with high demand on the services the team supports
- Hybrid of Kanban & Agile working based on a 3-week delivery cycle

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments or the equivalent Salesforce/CRM experience
- Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to problem solving
- Solid stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Advanced oral and written communication skills with ability to present and articulate using a variety of verbal, written and visual methods where appropriate to a diverse range of audiences.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) Certification desirable
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification desirable
- Computer Science Degree or technical experience in software development projects as a developer or business analyst desirable
- Experience with Conga, Certinia (formerly FinancialForce), Marketing Cloud desirable.
