Functional Service Office Manager - Somersby
WFH, 2 days based in Somersby
$65.50 per hour plus Super
Fulltime, M-F, 7 - 3:30
Ongoing contracted role
**Your new role**
Your responsibilities within the role will include:
- Lead, supervise, support, and manage a team of 10 within the functional services team, ensure their consistent delivery of high-quality service, business goals and targets
- Stakeholder management and maintaining business relationships with clients
- Prepare and collate ad-hoc reports to senior management
- Database management across multiple programs
- Perform investigations into specialised work processes and functions, specifically into client’s root issues or concerns, and assist in resolving them
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous team leader or office management experience, managing and motivating a small team
- MS Office skills, tech savvy, able to pick up new programs quickly
- Great communication skills, previous stakeholder management experience. Team player with strong negotiation and conflict management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
