**About the position**

As we head into our busy function season, Wests currently have casual opportunities available for a customer focused individual. Providing a superior quality service over a variety of events, in all of our Wests venues. Events will include Gala Dinners, School Formals, Concerts, conferences and exhibitions and many more Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide friendly customer service
-Attend to the needs of the functions guests needs before, during and after the functions.
-Set up and break down of functions
-Preparation and service beverages
-High level food delivery
-Operation of tills and cash handling
-Clearing tables and cleaning duties

This position will require availability on Friday and Saturday evenings, with some availability throughout the remainder of the week.**Certifications**

**About you**
- We are seeking passionate Function staff with customer service experience gained within a restaurant or function environment. You will have exceptional customer service skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to retain your high standards in a busy position.
