Ambulance Victoria (AV) currently has an exciting opportunity to join our Procurement and Commercial Department to provide business support for procurement services state-wide.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Manager Procurement Governance and Support, the responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Provide advice regarding the options available for the supply of goods and services including use of contracts where available or the type of procurement process to be undertaken and responsibilities;
- Contribute to maintaining procurement capability across the organisation with preparing and delivering training as required including systems guidance;
- Support the development of collaborative relationships across AV and externally to promote procurement initiatives that raise awareness of compliance to procurement policy;
- Provide business support services as required including maintenance of registers, systems and databases;
- Foster constructive and effective working relationships with external providers to maximise delivery of goods and services to AV.

**About you**

To be considered for this position you will possess:

- Demonstrated experience in advising and assisting multiple stakeholders in a complex organisation (government procurement experience desirable),
- Strong demonstrated written and verbal communication skills,
- Well-developed computer skills with Microsoft Office suite,
- Oracle Financials software experience is desirable,
- A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.

The position is graded at AV3. The AV grade salary range for AV-3 position is $79,172 - $93,690 plus 10% superannuation.
