**About the role**
To provide 1st point of contact / 1st line support for end users on the Babcock Corporate Computing Environment (Picasso) with a focus on performance against service level agreements. Service Desk technicians will provide direct support to end users and act as additional support for the broader IT team. This is an entry level position which offers opportunities to develop and grow in our organisation.

You will also need to be available on a rotating roster: 4 days on 4 days off - 10 hour shifts (this includes weekends). For half of the year the hours are 5am until 3pm and for the other half 7am until 5pm to ensure business needs are met nationally in daylight savings.
