We are rapidly building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional "YES WE CAN" customer service offering and quality product in the highly competitive market. **About the Role** To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant **Customer Service Officer **to join our **Somerton branch.** **Key Duties and Responsibilities Include**: - Foster and drive the ‘Yes We Can’ attitude in achieving internal and external customer satisfaction - Answer a high volume of incoming calls, placing orders and assisting with customer enquiries - Support operations to ensure the customers' expectations of service are exceeded - Attend to 'walk-in' customer enquiries and purchases **Key Skills and Experience**: - Prior experience in collections and administration - Accuracy in data entry - Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel - Strong communication skills to develop and build customer relationships - A self-motivated, reliable and detail orientated individual - Ability to multi-task - The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team **Benefits** - A friendly and supportive team environment - Company rewards program - Full time, Monday to Friday, Day shift Most importantly at Supagas we value **attitude **above all else.
