Do you have a passion for delivering world class customer experiences and managing the end-to-end post sales process?
Our client is a world leading, high performing manufacturer of building products based in Somerton is currently looking for additional support within their Customer Service/Internal Sales department. This is an entry level position and will ideally suit someone that is looking to grow within a global company whilst receiving world-class training.

You will be responsible for providing effective, proactive and world class customer service for both internal and external customers. The ability to maintain multiple stakeholder relationships is key to achieving success in this role.

**Your duties include but are not limited to**:

- Develop 1:1 relationships with our key customers to deliver the ultimate customer experience
- Take ownership of each order and work effectively with internal stakeholders responsible for each step of the servicing process
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers on the status of their order
- Develop partnering relationships with the greater sales team to ensure we are satisfying our customer's needs
- Seek opportunities to develop incoming enquiries into qualified leads for our sales team

**To be considered for this position you will have**:

- Exceptional customer service soft skills and a customer first attitude
- Experience in a customer service/internal sales/B2B role is desirable
- Building product knowledge/experience is desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Office - namely Outlook & Excel is desirable
- Knowledge of ERP & CRM software is desirable

In addition, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and you will possess problem solving and analytical skills. You will also have the ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a team.
