Warranty & Aftersales Officer

Are you interested in joining this Australian icon, in one of the cleanest factories in the country as their next Warranty & Aftersales Officer? This role will be
**offered on a full-time basis with a salary between $65,000 - 70,000 + super** in their Somerton office. Salary may be slightly negotiable.

**Your skills and experience will include but not be limited to**:

- 3+ years of proven experience in an Aftersales/Warranty service capacity.
- Strong commercial experience and knowledge of Excel.
- Previous experience in dealing with a Customer, End user and Contractors to fix a problem on-site.
- Understanding plumbing/building installations with prior dealings with plumbers/builders adventurous

You will be open to continuous learning & feedback and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
