**What you’ll do
**This is a 12 month temporary contract opportunity within the Woolworths Customer Insights team. The purpose of this role is to help drive the customer first culture by collecting customer insights through strategic customer research and communicating insights to the business in a compelling way to drive action.
The Customer Insights Research Manager will build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, liaise with partners across customer insights and strategy, and partner with other business stakeholders and external agencies to identify & transform customer insights into actionable recommendations.

This exciting opportunity also involves:

- Independently leading the end to end execution of customer research projects with a focus on agile approaches and methodologies..
- Implementing innovative ways of working to improve research efficiencies and effectiveness (eg use of AI tools, managing research in-house, connecting customer insights with other available data sets etc)Partnering with stakeholders across the business to build understanding of research metrics and embed actionable insights into decision-making.

**What you’ll bring
We are looking for an experienced research professional who enjoys working on projects end to end and collaborating closely with stakeholders.
- 7+ years previous customer insights or market research experience, agency and/or in-house corporate research function
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or analytical field preferred
- Hands on experience of both quantitative and qualitative research and fluent in analysing both quant and qual data to formulate customer strategy
- Proficient in using Q software and ideally Qualtrics
- Demonstrated experience in transforming customer data into actionable insights through pragmatic plans and engaging storytelling
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement; ability to influence and align stakeholdersStrong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
