
Finance Admin Assistant

**About the role**
If you're looking to grow within the finance industry continues to grow. You will be working with the broker, clients, and our support team to manage the deal flow from initial stages through to lodgement and beyond. This role is the perfect position for someone who has a passion for finance with a thorough understanding of the loan writing and admin process.
**Job tasks & responsibilities**:
- Managing client home loan processing from lead to lodgement
- Researching and liaising with a range of lenders
- Analyse and verify supporting documents
- Assist the broker with ordering valuations, completing scenarios, pricing, and servicing calculators
- Regular client communication on updates and lender requests
- Managing deal flow of new and existing loans
- Loan packaging and maintaining compliance
- Follow checklists and requirements in detail at every stage
- Assisting team members as required
- Other general office duties
**Skills and experience**
- Multilingual - Hindi, English
- Articulate, enthusiastic and friendly
- Attention to detail
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to self-motivate and have a positive attitude
- Good team work, communication skills and ability to work in a time pressured environment

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
