About the Role
As the System Administrator/Developer, you will be a strategic enabler of our enterprise technology landscape, with a primary focus on managing and optimising our ERP platform integrated with the Field Service Management (FSM) module and APIs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless system performance, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to support business operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities
As one of our go-to NetSuite specialist, you will:
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to ensure seamless ERP performance.
- Provide expert-level support to internal users across departments.
- Implement system enhancements to optimise business operations and data accuracy.
- Resolve data discrepancies between NetSuite and integrated systems (e.g. FSM, APIs).
- Configure and maintain workflows tailored to evolving business needs.
- Leverage SuiteScript and other tools to integrate modules and automate processes.
- Manage third-party integrations and resolve related issues.
- Support reporting needs across teams, from NetSuite to external platforms.
- Collaborate on cross-brand projects and innovation initiatives.
- Liaise with Oracle and other vendors to resolve support issues and explore new features.
What We're Looking For
