The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Salesforce platform that is heavily relied upon to enable our student acquisition pipeline.

The role will prioritise assistance to users across the University in providing them assistance and guidance where it is required, perform any tasks that would typically be done by a Salesforce Administrator (analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, user account maintenance, security and support functions for the Salesforce instances and integration points).

Ideally, you will have sound knowledge and experience of Sales Cloud, flows, workflows, process builder, Apex (classes and triggers), custom objects and fields, Lightning Web components and APIs.

Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline tools would be an added plus.

High level of customer service, problem solving, critical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills is imperative.
