**THE ROLE**

As part of our diverse team based in **Sydney CBD**, you will help make a positive impact to our members, customers, injured workers, and the communities we support. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

The purpose of the Administrative Assistant role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to team members in order to optimise efficiency and productivity across the team, and streamline administrative activities, workflows and communication.

This will be a **Full Time **Permanent** position based in our **George Street** office, with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Scheduling and administering meetings
- Supporting team calendars and events e.g. booking meeting rooms, organising catering, ensuring all relevant documents are ready for the day
- Coordinating travel arrangements and expenses
- Management of the team inbox and coordination of responses to team related queries,
- Assisting with program related reporting
- Assisting with basic project administration e.g., following up invoicing, project status updates, processing purchase orders and vendor forms.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2 + Years experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
- A true team player who thrives in working in a fast paced & close knit team
- Intermediate MS Office Suite experience
- Outstanding customer service skills, you will be able to interact with various internal and external stakeholders at different levels of seniority
