**Eagers Automotive **currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our sales team at
**Osborne Park Jeep.**

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process of both new and used vehicles - focusing on high quality service whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.

**In order to reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to**:

- Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs
- Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step

Wednesday: 8:30am - 8:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

**About you**:
If you are a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills, passion for sales and automotive industry - we would like to hear from you

Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded. However, individuals who are passionate salespeople or those who have a customer service background are more than welcome to apply.

**You will ideally possess**:

- Prior automotive sales experience (desirable but not essential)
- Must be motivated and driven with a passion for sales
- Proven track record of meeting KPI’s and sales targets
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Motor Vehicle Salesperson Licence
- Ability to perform well in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Valid Australian working rights and driver’s licence
