**Osborne Park** for a Customer Experience Consultant working exclusively with our EV brand,
**BYD**.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, This new position will be focused primarily on our service department and assisting customers with their service requirements, supporting the sales team with a range of administrative duties, completing warranty claims for service repairs, as well as ensuring the highest of customer experiences for our service customers.

**Duties will include the following**:

- Assisting Brand Manager with day-to-day operations
- Deliver and maintaining positive customer and employee relations
- Meeting and greeting service and sales customers
- Quoting additional service work
- Completing warranty claims relating to service repairs
- Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service
- Facilitating the interaction between the customer and service department

The Customer Experience Consultant role is strongly customer focussed with elements of sales and automotive knowledge. Therefore, background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential.

**You will ideally possess**:

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor/Vehicle sales or Retail sales role
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Superb interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
