**Your impact**

With the extension of our Talent Acquisition support for Asahi's Supply Chain function, we are looking for a gun Supply TA Partner. You will be a key contributor to the team, where you will be an integral part of our strategy in shaping the future of Asahi Beverages. Welcome to your place to _Be_

We are passionate about attracting, assessing and selecting the right talent for Asahi Beverages. This position will see you partner with our Supply Chain functions across ANZ, to proactively develop sourcing and attraction plans for top talent. You will be responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle and will be involved in working with our boarder HR team to roll-out various strategic initiatives and projects.

**Other key responsibilities include**
- Deliver quality, efficient and effective recruitment services in line with agreed service levels and internal customer expectations
- Support Hiring Leaders to define requirements and determine most effective sourcing strategies
- Effective management and maintenance of recruitment documentation and employment contract offers
- Develop recruitment strategies specific to each role

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

- A Bachelor’s degree in a commercial, business, HR or related discipline
- Strong track record and proven end to end recruitment experience within an RPO organisation or internal recruitment model
- Demonstrated experience as a trusted business partner with the ability to manage approximately 25 positions at any given time is important
- Solid experience in developing strategic sourcing solutions, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and building proactive talent pipelines is essential
- Strong relationship management and strategic partnering skills
- Ability to operate effectively in times of significant change
