**The Opportunity**

The Lead Iteration Manager is responsible for leading the agile delivery of features and enablers through one or more cross-disciplinary teams within the Enterprise Digital team under a platform. Taking the lead at inception phase to ensure features are scoped, planned, and resourced appropriately, this role leads the day-to-day operations of the team(s) to ensure best practise agile software delivery methodologies are employed to deliver value to customers in the most efficient way.

**Key responsibilites include**
- Responsible for the delivery and outcomes of multiple squads for their respective platform and be the focal point of contact to the business and leadership teams for anything related to their platform.
- Lead and facilitate quarterly planning for all squads under a platform to ensure all business objectives are translated into a coherent delivery plan which is clearly visible, communicated and tracked on a regular basis
- Initiate, develop and maintain strong and effective internal and external stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate Agile Cadences such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint planning, Review & Showcase and manage End to end processes
- Experience with key Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MIRO) to build dashboard and automation where possible to increase transparency on efficiencies relating to people, process and technology
- Responsible for driving visibility of Integration platform efficiency through clearly established metrics (e.g., cycle time to release, code quality)
- Identify opportunities to improve overall throughput of the team aligned to established KPIs through engineering practices (such as DevOps mindset, Automation first, using Cloud services and extreme programing (XP) practices such as pair programming, test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration) and actively coaching teams/individuals to achieve quality outcomes.

**About You**

You will have Strong Integration/Digital platform delivery experience and have managed / led multiple Agile teams previously. You will have strong leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills along with the ability to exercise technical judgment in solving software engineering challenges.

You will bring experience of working with the teams with sound judgment, keen eye for detail and tenacity for empowering the team to solve issues along with the ability to lead without authority, coach, and mentor. You also have a strong technical awareness of the technical domain such as Integration and APIs and experience in Digital and Agile ways of working
