**The Role**:
Are you a passionate QA Lead with a track record for building high-performance teams and achieving extraordinary business outcomes? The position of the QA Lead holds a leadership role with people management of up to 3 QAs.

Reporting directly to the QA Practice Lead. This role carries the responsibility of leading a team of QA’s to undertake all quality engineering activities required to deliver technology solutions that meet the business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading your team to undertake testing activities required to deliver high-quality technology solutions to meet the business needs
- Drives a culture where teams own quality and work towards defect prevention on top of defect detection.
- Ensure the teams are thinking about best ways to measure the quality of the solutions and track it across time.
- Drive improvement of measurement & visualisation of quality metrics.
- Direct line management of a group of QA Engineers of up to 8

**About you**:

- **You must have recent experience using Playwright, this is essential for the role.**:

- Develop and maintain test cases and test data for functional, integration, performance, and security testing of APIs.
- Utilize and manage testing tools and frameworks such as Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, and others.
- Proven experience in an Agile working environment.
- Strong stakeholder skills and a natural ability to influence outcomes.
- Experience in integrating test automation frameworks with a CI/CD model and tools.
- Extensive testing experience with hands on test automation experience in web and API.
- Ability to lead & mentor others & is not afraid of conflict/resolution.
