**The Gig**

We are currently searching for a motivated, quick thinking individual to join our rapidly expanding team.

Reporting to the Team Experience Manager you will be responsible for building and implementing our new Team Experience program of Recruitment, L&D, pipelining, compliance, safety, EVP and be a key contact in operations.

As roles go, it's a big one

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Act as a core partner in people - guiding and directing the business
- Look after all generalist HR enquiries - compliance, H&S, Performance etc
- Lead the learning & development function, obsessed with books and our development journey
- Build out succession planning linked back to our talent pipeline and recruitment strategy
- Talent management and proactive recruitment as required
- Manage all HR based systems and software

**Essential Skills / Experience**
- experience in an autonomous generalist HR role - you need to lead yourself and move fast
- General knowledge of online office tools - experience rolling out systems desirable but not required
- Demonstrated experience in the field with ideas of how a progressive HR Team should continue to challenge the norm.
- Experience within E-Commerce platforms desirable and other software such as Fulfil, Shopify and Asana.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the LSKD community, brand mission and values
- Actively identifies new areas for learning and needs to stay up to date and leading edge in area of expertise
- Strong communicator and clearly conveys information and ideas in a focused, appropriate and effective manner
- Ability to hit deadlines and work that extra mile to get the job done on time
- Passionate about our mission and our brand
