Join us as a **People and Performance Business Partner**, supporting, engaging and guiding business unit/s to embrace people systems, processes and activities to contribute to engagement, performance and the retention of critical capabilities. Reporting to the Manager People & Performance, you will provide professional human resources advice to business units, building strong working relationships based on credibility and open communication.
