**Human Resources Business Partner** looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Look no further

**Gladstone Regional Council** is seeking an experienced
**Human Resources Business Partner (level 6)** to join their People Services Team in a
**Permanent Full-Time role.**

If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and drive Gladstone Regional Council's People Strategy, this is the perfect role for you.

**About the Role**:
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will work with a supportive team to balance the people and commercial landscapes to achieve business outcomes and results. You will engage with leaders, provide expert advice and support, and drive transformation initiatives that support the business and people strategies. This role offers a high level of autonomy and variety, as you will work closely with leaders across council, People &Culture & Safety and Unions.

**About You**:
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field, and/or have a proven track record of HR and/or IR business partnering in a complex and geographically diverse setting.

Additionally, excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to establish highly effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, are essential.
