Skills Institute Australia (SIA) is an expanding RTO, which provides high quality training and services to students in business, hospitality, English, automotive and construction courses.

**The Role**

The position is located at Slacks Creek in the south of Brisbane and starts immediately. The Marketing Manager will actively promote the SIA brand to key stakeholders in the industry with the direct objective of recruiting new students.

**The Person**

The successful applicant will possess relevant marketing qualifications and will have a proven track record in brand promotion and recruitment, especially in the education industry.

**Duties**
- Evaluate and analyse current strategies, market trends, brand awareness, campaigns, advertising, target audiences, feedback
- Design, implement and evaluate marketing programs for optimal return
- Organise and participate in external and internal promotional events
- Manage interaction with education agents professionally and efficiently
- Manage creation, publishing and dissemination of new marketing content
- Collaborate with key SIA staff to ensure compliance, effectiveness and efficiency
- Actively promote the SIA brand on multiple platforms via specifically targeted programs
- Recruit new students for our courses

**Essential Selection Criteria**
- Relevant marketing qualifications
- Relevant sales & marketing experience in the education industry ;
- High level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong level of spoken and written English;
- Dynamic, innovative, initiative-taking work ethic.

**Required documents**
- Up-to-date signed and dated resume
- Evidence of Australian work rights
- Police clearance
- Certified copies of all relevant qualifications including transcripts

**Benefits**

SIA will pay a base rate salary plus a bonus rate depending on numbers of new recruits obtained.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
