This is a coordination role, tasked with the care and support of a busy family. As
**House Manager/Personal Assistant**, and trusted professional you will assume responsibility for the overall management of a busy family household and as such will work closely with this professional couple taking responsibility for some but not limited to the following duties:

- Maintain the daily integrity of the household, working closely with their in-house redidential assistant coordinating cleaning and house maintenance.
- Purchasing for the household (food/household items -managing pantry and all household inventory and stockkeeping
- Watering of all indoor plants inside the household.
- Managing weekly laundry/drycleaning pick-up and drop off.
- Manage household storage.
- Assist owner with travel between two residences.
- Responsible for the household while owner is travelling overseas
- Assist with any adhoc household projects

As a trusted key member of staff, you will be the first point of contact for all household maintenance and as such you will coordinate and manage all related trades professionals and manage all end-to-end maintenance projects for the household as well as gardening staff, service providers etc. You will also be central in organising any family events as the key contact for catering staff/suppliers, event coordinators, florists and any other related service providers. Any experience with preparing of snacks, meals, drinks and any items needed would be highly regarded. As the family's
**Personal Assistant,** you will also assist with the following:

- Travel arrangements,
- Restaurant bookings
- Running errands
- School pick ups
- House sitting during overseas absences.

Previous experience in a similar role with the management of a busy family residence is essential to this role. This professional couple is looking for a trusted and professional individual who will take pride in owning their role, use plenty of initiative, discretion, and maturity for a role that will be the dependable and capable 'go-to' resource for this busy family. Any technical capacity will be highly regarded as will sound professional judgement and a client service focused attitude. A current driver’s licence will be necessary for this role.
