**What you’ll be doing**

Reporting to the Head of Network and Crew Operations Delivery, the Crew Tracking Manager will play a pivotal role in leading a compliant, resource-enabled, cohesive, high-performing team, integral in delivering safe, on-time, engaging and efficient Flight and Cabin Crew operations.

As a key leader of the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) function, you will be responsible for delivering the best performance and outcomes by overseeing the strategic and daily management of your team and key stakeholders.

**In addition you will**:

- Actively work to support a service-focussed, customer-centric culture within the Network and Crew Operations team.
- Support departments improvement initiatives through your team’s engagement and understanding of our objectives.
- Support the company’s and IOC's change management policies and processes.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, development, and training opportunities for all team members.
- Lead, motivate and inspire team members.

**You’ll be great in this role if you**
- Tertiary qualification in a business discipline or airline operations management.
- Extensive experience leading teams in an operational, cost-focused yet people-centric environment
- A strong ability to execute, leveraging the capability of direct reports and others.
- High-level planning, organisational skills, and systemic approach to business improvement.
- Excellent communicator and ability to craft engaging high-impact messages.
- Ability to engage, advise and communicate within a diverse organisation.
- Ability to understand complex and dynamic operational problems whilst at the same time proposing solutions to achieve the best outcome at a departmental level.
