Contract Administrator – Brisbane

About the role:

We're on the hunt for a Contract Administrator who loves keeping projects on track and teams organised. From contracts and Bank Guarantees to procurement, compliance, and project handovers, you'll be the go-to person making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Day to day, you'll coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams, maintain accurate project records, and support site teams with safety walks, inductions, and checklists. You'll also help deliver defect-free handovers and spot opportunities to make our systems even better.

If you're detail-driven, love variety, and enjoy being at the centre of project delivery, this role will keep you challenged and connected.

About you:

  • You're a natural organiser who keeps projects on track.
  • You enjoy working and communicating with people at all levels, from site teams to suppliers.
  • Your detail-focused but not afraid to ask questions or speak up.
  • You're proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a team environment.
  • A background in the electrical or trade sector is ideal, but if you bring the right attitude and willingness to learn, we'll train and support you to succeed.
