**About the team**:
The new temporary Digital Licensing Project Team sits within the SafeWork NSW Authorisations & Verifications Directorate in the Regulatory Capability & Harm Prevention stream. The team is responsible the governance and management of the transition of all SafeWork licenses from GLS to the Licence. NSW Amanda platform by 30 June 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong SafeWork licensing operations background who has the ability to communicate across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires you to be self-driven and adaptable to changing priorities and ad-hoc requests.

**Key attributes**:

- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep track of project milestones and deadlines.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential for coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Clear and concise communication helps in avoiding misunderstandings and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- The ability to identify trends and provide feedback/advice about system functionality, especially recognising any key risks to the business.
- Prepare documentation to escalate issues or seek approval to resolve issues to support informed decision making and improve service delivery.
- The capability to analyse data, evaluate performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to ensure project objectives are met.
