***About the team**:
SafeWork Licensing is responsible for the assessment and maintenance of licenses, certificates, and authorities across various schemes, including Asbestos and Demolition, Explosives, Hazardous Chemicals, High Risk Work, Traffic Control, Construction Induction, and Registration of Plant Items.

This unit operates within a high-volume processing environment, delivering customer services and making decisions in line with administrative law principles to a diverse range of stakeholders regarding all aspects of licensing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has the ability to communicate across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires you to be flexible, self-driven and adaptable to changing priorities and ad-hoc requests.

**Have experience working in a high-volume workload regulatory environment with competing priorities, delivering all customer service activities, administration and processing tasks in line with agreed standards and tight timeframes, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Working Collaboratively and flexibly within other teams while meeting multiple deadlines and priorities. Exercising tact, professional judgement and, sensitivity when responding to culturally and/or linguistically diverse customers.

**Key attributes**:
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep track of project milestones and deadlines.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential for coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Clear and concise communication helps in avoiding misunderstandings and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
