**Responsibility**:
**1. Design and Optimization of Operational Solutions**
- Investigate customer needs and market conditions, and design customized solutions in combination with company resources.
- Optimize cold - chain warehousing, transportation, distribution and other links with professional knowledge to enhance logistics efficiency and service quality.
- Coordinate relevant departments to promote the implementation of operational solutions.

**2. Design of Supply Chain Solutions**
- Study customer demands and industry trends, and use data analysis to plan intelligent logistics/supply chain solutions, include network structure, demand forecasting, procurement planning, inventory management, etc.
- Pay attention to industry trends, innovate and optimize supply chain solutions to ensure their advanced nature and practicality.

**3. Integration of Application Solutions and Digital Solutions provision**
- Provide digital supply chain solutions, establish an accumulation mechanism, and form a reusable knowledge system.

**4. Project Management and Evaluation**
- Track the projects throughout the process, regularly assess its progress, quality and benefits, and promptly solve problems and deal with risks.
- Submit the assessment report, provide decision-making basis, manage daily project well and ensure its smooth progress.

**Qualification**:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in logistics supply chain management or related fields is preferred

3. Master complete knowledge system of supply chain management and be familiar with advanced solutions such as network planning, demand forecasting, decision execution.

4. Skilled in PPT writing and presentation, with excellent public speaking skills and the ability to accurately convey information. Good communication and organizational coordination skills, standard and accurate written expression, strong stress resistance, and the ability to adapt to complex work environment.

Pay: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
