**About the role**

One of Australia's iconic brands is growing again. The Dulux Acratex business is looking for an individual who is equally comfortable being part of a small team and working independently. If you are eager to be a part of a growing business and to take on new opportunities, we are looking for a **Supply Chain & Maintenance Scheduler**.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and oversee schedules for both production and maintenance at the Epping site
- Work with the production team to ensure manageable schedules and batch cards
- Coordinate contractors for preventive maintenance and manage data in QC, SAP, and other systems
- Participate in continuous improvement activities on-site
- Contribute to and implement improvement ideas, boosting site productivity, quality, and safety as part of project teams or review processes

**Skills & Experience**
- Positive safety attitude
- Demonstrates excellent ability to build strong relationships
- Negotiates with internal and external stakeholders for desired outcomes
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment as a production or maintenance planner
- SAP or MEX experience preferred but not essential
