At NetworkRV we build high quality caravans and service Australia and New Zealand.

We are seeking a purchasing / admin assistance, this position will support the purchasing department in its daily duties. You will have a direct impact in the growth and success of the company in this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and stock outages
- Interpret manufacturing plans to procure stock
- Place purchase orders
- Work autonomously to maintain maximum and minimum stock levels
- Support the internal supply chain and internal departments
- Analyze receiving dockets for backorders or irregularities against purchase orders
- Any experience using MYOB is advantageous
- Ad hoc duties when necessary

To be successful in this role you will need
- Good command of the English language both written and verbal
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, MYOB, Outlook etc)
- Have great planning / organizational and time skills
- Work in a team environment as well as alone
- Be able to problem solve logically and quickly
- Handle a fast past environment
- Be willing to learn and be able to adapt
- Be self motivated

Any experience in purchasing within caravan manufacturing, automotive or similar industries is highly advantageous

Right pay for the right person

**Salary**: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Epping, VIC 3076: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Purchasing: 1 year (required)
- Administration: 1 year (required)
