Permanent opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join a large property management company in Perth.

**Your new company**

You will be joining an international property company in one of their offices in Perth (CBD), Western Australia.

They're an established company with a large portfolio of work and much more in the pipeline, and are now seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team.

**Your new role**

Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 properties

Liaise with owners, tenants, contractors, and internal trust accountants

Administer lease contracts & renewals

Maintain a high quality of service for owners and tenants

Rent collection, reviews & renewals

Ensuring safety requirements are met, inspections are undertaken, and all maintenance is completed in a timely fashion.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Experience in Commercial Property Management

Excellent interpersonal skills

A hands-on mindset and the ability to work autonomously
