About the Role

This position combines commercial property management with executive-level support.

You'll be responsible for:

Property Management

  • Managing commercial office and showroom/warehouse properties
  • Coordinating all aspects of property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling, contractor liaison, and follow-up
  • Conducting inspections at lease commencement and expiry, as well as annual property checks
  • Maintaining detailed maintenance schedules and ensuring compliance with lease obligations
  • Keeping accurate records of tenant insurance, lease agreements, and property documentation
  • Communicating proactively with tenants regarding building works, inspections, and maintenance activities
  • Supporting property development administration prior to completion
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through strong stakeholder relationships

Personal Assistance

  • Providing executive support to the General Manager and Director
  • Managing calendars, travel bookings, meetings, and communications
  • Handling office operations, document management, and insurance claims
  • Assisting with personal errands and investment recordkeeping

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum five years' experience in a professional office environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; NetDocs experience
  • Certificate in Business, Property Management, or Secretarial studies (preferred)
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive attitude
