**What You’ll be doing**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated emergency management professional to lead and support a large team of emergency dispatch officers and operational support staff. This role involves supervising our Operational Communications Centre Supervisors, and overseeing operational management activities related to bushfire response, dispatch, and other emergency tasks.

**To thrive in this role, you will have**:

- An emergency services supervisory background and experience in leading teams
- A positive attitude and an ability and willingness to do shift work if required
- Operational command experience
- A genuine appreciation and understanding of a volunteer-based community service
