ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a JJ's Operation Supervisor (Council Contracts), you will play an integral leadership role within our team of collection drivers in the Chipping Norton depot.

This is an opportunity to learn all operational facets of the JJ's business whilst earning a competitive salary. You must be willing to get your hands dirty performing a variety of driving and other operational roles throughout your training

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in transport, logistics or service industry
• HR Licence essential - Rear Loader &/or Side Loader experience preferred
• Demonstrate leadership qualities
• Demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail
• Well-developed people with solid time management skills
• Be dedicated to achieving high standards of safety compliance and customer service
• KPI focused with the ability to perform under pressure
• Demonstrate a professional and outcome focus
• Work well individually and as part of a team
