**Business Operations Supervisor**

**Location**: Hybrid / Sydney CBD

**Pay**:up to $110K + Super + Bonuses

Are you a Business Operational Specialist with a streak for leadership? Join in to this global insurance brand with exciting projects and career development.

**What You'll Be Doing**

As a Business Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for documenting current state process mapping, including future state process map.

You'll be providing leadership and development of Underwriting Assistants to ensure consistency in the business unit administrative function to produce greater efficiency. Along with conducting UAT testing of raters and template and system enhancements.

**Key Skills/Experience**

As Business Operations Supervisor, you'll need to be able to demonstrate:

- Prior experience in an operational role within the General Insurance industry
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- UAT Testing
