**Your new role**

Reporting to the Connections & Operations Team Lead, the Connections & Operations Officer will handle incoming data requests and providing high level administration support to better connect suppliers and contractors.

Your key responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

- Ensuring timely and accurate creation and maintenance of data
- Analysing customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction by the timely resolution and reply to customer enquiries and complaints.
- Providing a high level of service to diverse types of customers and their agents, including Authorised Service Providers, Electrical Contractors and other energy retailers.
- Suggesting corrective action measures to be applied for repetitive problems.
- Liaising extensively with other Installation Data Officers.

- Proven high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive or personal matters.
- Demonstrated ability to meet quality and productivity targets and contribute to continuous improvement processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, beneficial to have exposure to SAP
