**About Us**

Clarity Health Care is an accredited mental health service delivering a multidisciplinary, responsive program offering care to people with any form of mental health concern or mental illness. Our mental health programs offer psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers and registered nurses. More important than discipline, is the individual skill of the senior mental health clinicians we employ. Evidence based care is delivered through outreach services, clinic-based appointments, telehealth and group programs, based on clinical reasoning and need. Due to the design of the workforce at Clarity, collaboration and continuity of care is core to the delivery of the treatment, with the recovery model and bio-psycho-social model being the grounding principles of all care.

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working 15-22 hours per week with the flexibility of hybrid work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to balance career and personal life while contributing to a growing healthcare company.

We also offer a unique maternity leave policy, providing an additional bonus day for every day worked upon returning from leave.

You will work closely with our psychologists and psychiatrists to market their expertise, grow referrals, and promote Clarity Health Care’s services. You will lead content creation, digital marketing strategies, and key engagement initiatives with GPs and other stakeholders

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with psychologists and psychiatrists to highlight their skills and specialties.
- Develop marketing materials and referral-building strategies tailored to individual clinicians.
- Create and manage engaging content for the company’s website and blog, focused on mental health and clinical services.
- Ensure content is aligned with Clarity Health Care’s brand and mission.
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Use data-driven strategies to increase online visibility, engagement, and referrals.
- Assist in marketing and branding for the establishment of new clinics.
- Develop local marketing campaigns to drive awareness and client growth in new regions.
- Lead initiatives to build and maintain relationships with GPs, focusing on driving referral pathways.
- Organise GP-focused events and digital campaigns to promote Clarity Health Care’s services.
- Assist with drafting tenders
- Design and co-ordination of tenders.

**About you**
- Proven experience in marketing within the healthcare sector, ideally in mental health or allied health services.
- Proficiency in Canva for content creation and design.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), SEO, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Experience in GP engagement and referral-building strategies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians and other stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
