We have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic Retail Operations Supervisor to join our team here at the Darling Harbour visitor attractions, SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo and Madame Tussauds Sydney.

**About the Role**

Working closely with the Commercial management team, you will oversee the daily operation of the retail outlets within the Darling Harbour Attractions. This role is focused on delivering an incredible guest experience & high quality products with health and safety as the main order of business. The success of this role is measured by maintaining financial and non-financial KPIs and promoting a great staff culture to achieve guest satisfaction and staff engagement targets. This role holds responsibility for the smooth daily operation of the commercial department and the delivery of on-going training, focusing on motivating staff to provide excellent customer service with every interaction.
