Our client, a world-renowned luxury lifestyle brand, is opening its new flagship boutique in Sydney CBD Westfield. Known globally for its craftsmanship, creativity, and unique identity, the brand continues to inspire and lead within the luxury retail market.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Supervisor to join our client's team and play a key role in this exciting new chapter. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with a can-do attitude who is eager to take the next step in their career and grow with a brand that values authenticity, individuality, and excellence.

About the Role

As a Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional client experiences aligned with luxury retail standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to meet and exceed company expectations.
  • Support the Store Manager with daily operations, visual merchandising, and KPI achievement.
  • Contribute to building a strong team culture, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate passion for luxury retail and a commitment to building long-term client relationships.

About You

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or senior client advisor role within luxury fashion or premium retail.
  • A strong passion for luxury retail, styling, and client development.
  • Natural leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and guide team members.
  • A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
  • A genuine can-do attitude and enthusiasm for career progression.
