The Position

Working collaboratively with the Retail Manager you will be a positive Supervisor to the team of Client Advisors by delivering superior client relationships, customer service and sales, in addition to working proactively and collaboratively with the Maison.

  • Support in driving and achieving store targets including sales and CRM.
  • Training the sales team and developing their product and retailing knowledge.
  • Coordination of stock, deliveries and operational matters.

The Longchamp Teams are passionate about the brand and are motivated to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction and business excellence.

The position will require working one day each weekend.

About You:

You are an experienced retailer, enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about fashion and retail. Additionally, you have:

  • Ability to engage with customers ensuring quality customer service and experience
  • Strong communication skills face to face, over email and telephone
  • The ability to multi-task to support the Manager in the delivery of presentation, achievement of sales targets, mentoring, and product knowledge
  • An ability to demonstrate your success in meeting performance objectives (KPIs)
  • The ability to work independently, using your initiative to problem solve
  • Experience with using CRM and POS Systems
  • All the attributes of a proactive, motivated, highly organised and results-driven individual.
