**At BildGroup, we are seeking an experienced HSEQ Operations Manager to lead and mentor a team of five professionals while driving a proactive safety-first culture. Reporting to the Group Head of HSEQ, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across our projects.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Manage and develop a team of five HSEQ professionals, fostering a culture of trust and high performance.**:

- **Work closely with senior management, project teams, and external stakeholders to integrate best HSEQ practices.**:

- **Oversee investigations, risk assessments, audits, and corrective actions to continuously improve safety standards.**:

- **Provide coaching and guidance to site teams, ensuring proactive risk management and compliance.**:

- **Identify and drive initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, and overall business performance.**:

- **Ensure adherence to OFSC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, meeting all regulatory requirements.**

**What You’ll Bring**:

- **Minimum Diploma in OHS is essential**:

- **Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)**:

- **More than five years hands-on HSEQ experience, preferably in construction, civil infrastructure, mining or gas.**:

- **Min. five years’ experience in leading a HSEQ Operations team across multiple sites, including remote locations.**:

- **Strong knowledge of OHS Acts and regulations, Construction Industry Codes of Practice documents, and road maintenance & construction methods.**:

- **Data-driven mindset with experience in HSEQ reporting and performance monitoring**:

- **Willingness to travel to regional sites as required (Valid driver’s licence essential)**:

- **Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills**:

- **Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels**
