**At Bitu-mill, we’re specialists in road maintenance, asphalt paving, and profiling—and we’re continuing to grow With strong industry relationships and a reputation for excellence, we’re looking for a passionate Operations Manager to lead our Profiling team in Victoria.**

**Based in Campbellfield, VIC, this full-time permanent role oversees Victoria-wide operations. You’ll lead a team of 30-35 operators, visiting sites regularly to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.**

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead, support, and motivate employees and subcontractors to achieve peak performance**:

- **Build and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company values**:

- **Ensure projects run smoothly on time, and within budget**:

- **Identify resource and skill gaps, developing strategies to enhance performance**:

- **Oversee OH&S, environmental, and industrial relations compliance**:

- **Conduct audits, inspections, and proactively address risks and hazards**:

- **Maintain strong client, subcontractor, and supplier relationships**:

- **Jump on the tools if needed - this role requires hands-on leadership, including night shifts and weekends when required**

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management within the Profiling, Asphalting, or Paving industry**:

- **Proven leadership & team coordination experience**:

- **Strong interpersonal & communication skills - ability to build great relationships**:

- **Problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills**:
