**About the Role**:

We're looking for a capable and committed **HSE Advisor**, based in **Campbellfield**and reporting to the HSEQ Operations Manager, who’s passionate about embedding high safety, environmental, and quality standards across our operations.
This is your chance to make a genuine impact, supporting road maintenance and civil projects across multiple states while working closely with site teams, supervisors, and senior managers.
**How You’ll Make a Difference**:
- **Coach, mentor and train site teams to drive proactive safety behaviours.**:
- **Support project teams in implementing ISO-certified HSEQ management systems.**:
- **Conduct site visits, audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.**:
- **Lead incident investigations and ensure effective corrective actions.**:
- **Partner with subcontractors, suppliers and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.**:
- **Review and develop SWMS, SOPs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.**:
- **Maintain accurate HSE documentation, site records, and competency verifications.**
**What You’ll bring to the Team**:
- **Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (minimum).**:
- **3+ years of experience in HSE roles within asphalt, civil construction or high-risk environment.**:
- **Strong communication skills and ability to influence safe outcomes on-site.**:
- **Microsoft Office proficiency and attention to detail in record keeping.**
