**About the Role**

As the **Asphalt Manager**, you will lead a talented operational and project team, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery. You’ll be accountable for the commercial success and sustainability of the Asphalt Division, with direct responsibility across:

- **Strategic Planning & Execution**:

- **Financial Management & Budgeting**:

- **Stakeholder & Client Relationships**:

- **Operational Delivery & Continuous Improvement**:

- **People Leadership & Culture Development**:

- **HSEQ Compliance & Risk Mitigation**
