_**Responsibilities**:_
- Hiring new door-knocking sales team members.
- Managing the sales team and building strategy to encourage growth.
- Planning different methods of sale strategies.
- Reaching weekly and monthly sale targets.
- Conduct review meetings where required to improve the performance
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Presenting weekly production levels.
- Maintaining healthy coordination with the installer.
- _**Requirements**_:

- Previous sales experience under the VEU program is preferred.
- Need to have existing sales team members.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong Management skills

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
